Professional Background​
Before AchieveNEXT, Eric was President of Herrenkohl Consulting, a boutique coaching and executive search firm he led for nearly two decades. At AchieveNEXT, he is responsible for developing and expanding the firm’s executive coaching and career services, working one-on-one with senior leaders, and supporting organizational talent initiatives.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Theology and Communications from Covenant Theological Seminary. He also earned advanced executive coaching certifications from Rutgers University.
