I'm looking to outsource a total HR function including payroll. Would appreciate anyone who may have done this to provide their experience in using one resource for both HR administration and payroll.

How large is your organization? The number of staff members will likely drive the outsourcing solution that works best. Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) are one of the easier solutions and handle payroll, benefits and HR. There are many decent ones out there (and some that should be avoided, in my opinion.)
