Biography

 

Robyn Forman Pollack, Esq. is Executive Managing Director at AchieveNEXT and leads both the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practice and the CHRO Alliance.

A business strategist with an expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion, Robyn increases top-line, bottom-line and shareholder value by teaching enterprises to leverage their DE&I Initiatives for growth and performance. 
Robyn has been actively involved in diversity issues for over 20 years. She has lectured and written extensively on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, harassment, best practices, communication, team collaboration, networking, negotiation, and effective leadership.

Robyn has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law for the past 19 years and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women, where she co-chairs the Diversity Sub-Committee, the Philadelphia Society for People and Strategy, and POWER (the Power of Professional Women). Robyn brings years of experience working with enterprises as a restructuring attorney and believes that aligning business and human capital is the catalyst for change.
