    T!LT Accounts Payable Specialist

    We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who will provide accounting support to the T!LT Finance team and the T!LT Team as a whole. A successful candidate will be a Jack (or Jill) of all trades and a team player who is hungry to learn and contribute.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all vendors have specific documents signed and filed, and coordinate with the operations and technology teams for specific requirements
    • Receive, process, and store all vendor invoices
    • Ensure all invoices are coded properly for specific project job costing
    • Manage the vendor invoice approval process
    • Prepare weekly vendor payment for approval and payment (check, ACH, wire transfer, credit card)
    • Update, maintain, and periodically audit vendor information database
    • Audits and verifies employee expense reports and credit card statements for proper coding and documentation
    • Interface with employees and vendors to resolve questions pertaining to payable matters
    • Assist with general ledger account reconciliation and analyses, processing necessary corrections
    • Perform various IT / Office Manager responsibilities as required
      • Support IT by tracking software subscriptions and establishing user access/accounts
      • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical support partners 
      • Collaborate with the operations and technology team to execute on requests 
      • Diagnose technical needs and develop an understanding of root user issues 
    • Special projects as assigned / Ability to roll up your sleeves

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of Associate's Degree in Accounting or its equivalent from an accredited college
    • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to jump in to help others when needed
    • Experience with Project Job Costing required
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines
    • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
    • Attention to detail and accuracy are imperative
    • Communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel
    • Ability to organize and schedule work effectively in a virtual work environment
    • Service-oriented nature
    • Excellent data entry, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
    • Ability to learn and communicate effectively what services and value that T!LT provides its clients
    • Proficient with various software: Microsoft Excel proficiency required, QuickBooks experience preferred, Google Workspace platform, MS Office platform, video-conferencing, etc.
