    All:  We are hearing loud and clear through our Culture & Compensation study results (not yet published...coming soon!) as well as from our partners and clients that Talent Retention is by far the most pain they are experiencing in the middle market.  Our AchieveNEXT team wants to hear more about this because we provide concrete solutions that help companies retain & develop talent, but we can always improve and would love to get your feedback on what's working and what's not working in your company.  We know the knee-jerk reaction is to throw money at comp packages, but that doesn't seem to be working like it used to.  Thoughts?  Also, attached is a really interesting business case for Diversity & Inclusion efforts as part of a larger culture/engagement strategy, as per McKinsey. https://www.mckinsey.com/featured-insights/diversity-and-inclusion/diversity-wins-how-inclusion-matters
