AchieveNEXT Accelerates Business Expansion in the Southeast

New Team Members in Georgia and Tennessee Added to Lead Growth and Performance in the Southeast; Moves Come as the Region’s Economy Heats Up

AchieveNEXT, the leading provider of Peer Advisory Networks and Talent Development and Performance Solutions for middle-market leaders, their teams and enterprises, is expanding its operations in the Southeast. 

With the addition of new key employees in Georgia and Tennessee, AchieveNEXT will accelerate its business expansion in Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, Florida and Tennessee, targeting the Atlanta, Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis, Birmingham, Montgomery, Charlotte and Orlando metro and surrounding markets.

This move comes as the Southern U.S. economy continues to rebound at a faster pace than the rest of the nation. According to MultiState’s recently released COVID-19 State Reopening Guide, four of the current top eight “most open” states are located in the Southeast — Georgia, Florida, Arkansas and Alabama.    

Georgia native and recent addition to the AchieveNEXT Member Engagement Team, @Steven Beshears, will lead the company’s efforts to expand the CFO and CHRO Alliance Peer Advisory Networks in the Southeast.

Chattanooga, Tennessee-based @Carmen Carson joins AchieveNEXT’s Human Capital and DEI Solutions team and will immediately strengthen AchieveNEXT’s diversity, equity, and inclusion offerings, given her 15-plus years of experience in educational improvement, diversity and inclusion recruitment and training, instructional design, executive and career coaching, and organizational development with corporations, nonprofits, educational organizations, individuals, and mid-market businesses.

Carmen shared, “I’m honored to join this team of thought leaders and organizational change agents in the work that they are doing to improve employee performance and organizational success through the comprehensive ecosystem of human capital solutions that AchieveNEXT provides. In my first month with the team, we’ve seen marked success with organizations as we’ve rolled out DEI assessment, ERG’s, diversity councils, and have hosted a DEI in the Sports Industry Webinar.
